At Lovin You Care, we are committed to providing high-quality sea moss products. Due to the perishable nature of sea moss, we are unable to accept returns once the product has been opened or used. However, if there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item so we can make it right.

Refund Policy

• Damaged or Defective Products: If your sea moss arrives damaged or defective, please email us a photo of the product along with your order details within 5 days of delivery. We will issue a replacement or refund based on your preference.
• Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong product, please reach out within 5 days so we can correct the order at no additional cost to you.
• Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used sea moss products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations. Unopened products may be eligible for return; however, please contact us first to initiate the process.
